Michael NG: A Visionary Real Estate Developer

Michael NG has always harbored a dream of becoming a real estate developer. Born into a family recognized for their successful chain of grocery stores, Michael began working in the family business at the age of 14. This early exposure to entrepreneurship fueled his ambition and shaped his vision for the future.

After several years in the family business, Michael embarked on his professional journey by founding a service-based company that catered to clients in over 20 different countries. His success in this venture showcased his business acumen and global perspective.

In 2014, at just 22 years old, Michael transitioned into real estate investing. By the age of 25, he had diversified his interests into the commodities market, significantly expanding his real estate portfolio with assets in multiple countries.

Michael’s evolution from investor to developer culminated in his involvement with M & F Developments Group. He now oversees more than three multi-family building projects in Downtown Miami, totaling an estimated 150 units. Additionally, he is currently developing three single-family projects, further solidifying his reputation as a visionary in the real estate industry.

Francisco Franco: A Legacy of Real Estate Excellence

Francisco Franco is a distinguished second-generation developer and real estate investor who has helped over 100 clients and participated in real estate transactions totaling over $45 million USD. With a solid engineering background in business, Francisco has honed his skills and expertise through academic exposure to various markets, including London and Frankfurt, where he enhanced his business development capabilities.

Francisco’s most recent academic achievement was in fintech at Columbia University in New York. This education aimed to integrate advanced financial and technological innovations into the real estate industry, reflecting his forward-thinking approach.

Currently, Francisco runs a boutique brokerage firm, assisting both national and international clients in expanding their investment portfolios within the US real estate market. His extensive experience and strategic insight led to the founding of M & F Developments Group, in partnership with Michael NG. Together, they are spearheading the development of over 37 single-family home projects, cementing their position as leaders in the industry.
